The Atrium
Scope of work
Noon partnered with Pointe Property Group in 2017 to fully remodel the facilities of the Atrium to provide 103,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art medical space for current and future tenants. Upgrades included a complete exterior facelift, parking lot overhaul, interior lobby renovation and signage and landscaping updates.
