SCOPE OF WORK
Phase I — Riverfront Medical Center at The Bend is a new 25,500 sq. ft. medical office building located within the 112-acre redevelopment of the former GE/Alstom sites. Tenants include Riverfront Surgery Center, Athena Esoterix and Four Bridges Dermatology.
Phase II — Additional 10,300 sq. ft. of second floor medical office space.
Tenants have the opportunity for ownership in the building
